🌟 October NES Spirit Winners — Offer Help! 🌟

Today we recognized our October Neoga Spirit Award Winners for demonstrating our PBIS expectation of Offer Help!

During our assembly, we had a pretty entertaining object lesson! One student was challenged to carry as many items as possible across the gym floor. They gave it a great effort, but things were falling everywhere, and it quickly became clear that doing everything alone wasn't easy! 😂

Then we had other students step in and offer help. With more hands working together, everything made it across the gym much more easily!

It was a fun way to demonstrate an important lesson: Many hands make light work! We talked about how offering help makes a difference and is also a way of showing respect for others.

We also introduced our next PBIS focus, Give Respect, and discussed the importance of honoring our veterans as we prepare for next week's Veterans Day program. 🇺🇸

Our Spirit Winners each received a $10 gift certificate to Thunder Lane's and joined Mr. Bear after the assembly for our "A Hole Lot of Spirit" donut celebration! 🍩

A special thank you to all the students who volunteered to help with our object lesson and to all the parents, guardians, grandparents, and family members who joined us to support their children!
